Nope! I can create home or gym programs depending on what equipment you have.

Absolutely not! During your first month, I recommend weekly calls to make sure you’re getting the most from your program. We’ll iron out any issues and customize everything to fit your life.
After that, we switch to monthly calls but if questions pop up between calls, you’ll have direct, private access to me through your app anytime.

Success looks different for everyone because your goals are unique. What I can promise: if you give this your all, you’ll feel revitalized, energized, and your clothes will fit better.
I won’t ask you to give up your life, but I will ask you to commit to the process and be honest if you’re struggling, so we can find solutions together.
You’ll have hiccups along the way, that’s okay! No one’s perfect, and there’s never a perfect time to start.
