    I hate gyms - 'January joiner', gone by March. I joined Gemma in February 2023 and I am still going strong!

    Gemma’s service is perfect because I can work out at home, in private, and fit the program around my busy week. She tailors her programs to suit individual ability, goals, and any health issues, which makes every session feel both achievable and rewarding.

    Gemma's advice is practical and understanding, especially when life gets chaotic. At 65, Gemma is helping me to maintain a strong and able body to support my independence as I age, and I feel confident that I’m on the right path with her guidance. I can't recommend Gemma enough!
